We are experienced and certified mindfulness and compassion teachers with a wealth of business and government experience. This neuroscience-based program was developed at Google by the world's top minds in mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology and emotional intelligence. It is a globally recognized program that teaches the key mindfulness building blocks for well-being, sustained peak performance, strong collaboration effective leadership. MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION: ​

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported, 8-week training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficulty with kindness, care and understanding.​ In this 

Program you’ll learn practises that increase calm, focus and clarity and maximize performance, collaboration and well-being.
