MINDFULNESS MEDITATION FOR BREAST CANCER ACTION MEMBERS
In this class you will learn techniques to reduce stress, feel more relaxed and cultivate the self-compassion to help you navigate your life through good times and the more difficult times. This includes the body scan, loving-kindness compassion practise, focussed awareness and open awareness. Neuroscience has shown that practising mindfulness meditation regularly deactivates the parts of your brain associated with ruminating about the past and worrying about the future so that you can be with what is right now with more ease, peace, joy and resilience.
